Having already gone through rush last year, I completely understand the anxiety rush gives girls and the how important sisterhood is in panhellenic sororitiy chapters. I feel like the biggest prob here is that PCs are getting HUGE and it makes for a less intimate/true sisterhood (specifically in houses like ADPi, APhi, etc. who have had insanely large PCs for so many years in a row and subpar retention rates) That’s being said, I think it’s time to add another chapter on campus!! could be beneficial in giving out more bids while still having close knit PCs. thoughts?
