I think being smaller has enabled them to have a tighter sisterhood...it's tough to know many sisters in a house of 400 or so members. I suspect they might also be closer because some people love to bash them and that can bring people closer together. But for sure being smaller is a big plus. Which is why variable quota should be supported, otherwise the biggest houses would get even bigger, becoming almost like a small town. Everyone should support Theta as we should support every house in doing well. We all offer a wonderful sisterhood with different personalities. We wouldn't want to be in the same house because every house wouldn't be a fit for us. Good luck to Theta and to all houses!
