It is very different rushing as a junior from a CC. Your grades hold a lot more weight because they show more of how you are academically in college than in high school. Your high school stuff then isn't really looked at. But you are at a disadvantage because you are two years older than the people in your pledge class and you will only be a paying member for 2 years. Overall, I would rush if it is what you want to do. I think you will be successful as long as you have gotten recs and stuff and have good grades and social skills, etc. Where you will end up will depend on many factors, daily what connections you have and if you are a legacy. If you have lots of friends on the inside pulling for you, you should be fine. But if you don't know anyone at all, it is going to be a little harder. My best advice is to do your homework and keep an open mind, because you are at a bit of a disadvantage and your cuts might reflect that.
