You will be very limited your chances as a junior, but I too would encourage you to rush...there could be a place. But the above poster makes another solid point: most friend groups are already formed and your pledge sisters will be almost all freshmen, maybe a few sophomores so consider that you'll be in a different place maturity-wise and perhaps in other ways from them. I pledged as a sophomore and while I connected with many of my sisters, I was definitely in a different place than them since they were first time away from home, some wanted to go wild now that they were at school etc. It can be done, just be prepared for both rush and the reality of being in a house if you get a bid. And I do wish you good luck.
