@answer...thank you for your post. I said in another post that I was not going to waste everyone's time by getting a rec to each and every house. I got roasted for making that comment. I grew up in Jackson and am very well connected and have a good resume. Yes, it is possible that I may not get in one of the 3 or 4 houses that I am interested in. If so...that's ok. I was totally honest in saying that I was not going to waste an alumns time to write a rec for me and have a sorority receive a rec on me on a house that I would not be interested in. The replys came back and said I was acting entitled, they hope I got cut because of my attitude. My intent was to be honest and focus on the houses I was interested and and not be fake about those I'm not. If I get cut out completely, I can deal with it. I know it is not the end of the world.
