In fact, there are PNM's with far more impressive resumes that what you've described. Variable quota means that even OM legacies are being cut from their legacy house, including Top Tier chapters. Lots of shocked legacies in the last few years when they were cut. And being a legacy has never meant a guaranteed bid given how many legacies go through rush now. It meant something decades ago when there weren't so many (likely when your mom was a member), but not now. Frankly, with that attitude of entitlement, I wouldn't be surprised if you get cut from your legacy house and then because of your fixation on your legacy house, you're likely to get cut from other houses, especially since you didn't "bother" to get recs. I think you're in for a rough rush.
