The results aren't going to be the same of course but technically the process will be the same. I rushed OOS with no connections and ended up with a full list for 2nd round, a couple of tops, more middles and a couple from the bottom tier. I enjoyed visiting with all of them. Next round full list from middle and bottom. Ended up with two middle for preference and I am very happy with how recruitment worked out for me. I assume the lack of connections played a part in how it went for me, but honestly I love my sorority and can't imagine being anywhere else.
