doesn't really matter. top tiers = girls are picked already. mid tiers = who you know bottom tier = willing to take everyone some might look at rec letters. but when you have 1000s of girls rushing, having a random active write the same generic letter as everyone else gets boring. i can't speak for other houses, but i'm top tier and I can tell you no one here bothers to look at your letters, as stated above, we knew which girls we wanted months ago, if not years ago
