agree that it's a cool little town. but also agree there isn't much here and it's very boring. i think something that no one mentions that you should know is, it is NEVER as great as your first visit, especially if you visit during a gameday. it's an amazing place to visit (esp game days), but living here is another thing. hint why everyone goes greek including the local oxford high kids who already know 200+ people coming to ole miss. your house and your friends will make or break you. oxford as a town will get boring quick. it's doable for 4 years, but would never live here long term. fyi i'm also from a small town, but i live 20 mins from a very big city. memphis is more like an hour and half away and even at that, as a city memphis doesn't offer much
