I do wish grades mattered more considering the fact that if your GPA is low in high school, there is not a big chance that it will be any better in college, especially if you are thrown into greek life and all it entails. Being greek adds more to people's schedules. While a lot of sororities do have things to help you do well in school, it is just best overall if you had a really bad GPA in high school to not participate in greek life. We need to be cutting more girls based off GPA and stop taking girls with low GPAs just because they are a legacy or they have connections.
