KD/Tri delt Chi O/DG Kappa/Phi Mu Pi Phi/Alpha Phi ADPi/AOPi Theta All the upper mid /middle (Chi O/DG/Kappa/Phi Mu) seem somewhat interchangable to me... its all a matter of personal preference, and who you know in each makes a difference. All seem pretty equally desired Same kind of thing for adpi/aoii. Tri delt keeps its spot from pure tradition but slipping... A Phi seems like it was highly desirable from PNMs but so new and lacks tradition that its gonna take a minute
