Don't think it's the OOS students bashing on here, and certainly not their moms. Most of the OOS I know don't really care about the Mississippi tiers, they're here for 4 or 5 years then they move on. They just aren't vested in the desire to spend their entire life worrying about Mississippi tiers. Best bet is it's a bunch of pathetic old ladies.
