It can happen - and does - but not always and it's not something I think girls with few connections should count on. More than that, I think PNMs need an OPEN MIND. I know so many girls who are cut from top tier then pledge a house they love and now can't imagine being in one of the top tiers. Too many PNM's get hung up on the tiers even when those houses wouldn't be the best match for them. There are great girls in every house.
