Top houses are for legacy from Ole Miss. No KD/DDD/XO(debatable if they are top) at south eastern iowa state university isn't going to help you. That leaves very few spots left. And those go to mom's friends daughters. You know, the same private high school, they grew up together, BFFs etc. Long story short, they won't even look at your application. It's like applying to Harvard with a 25ACT, they won't even waste their time reading the rest of your application or your essays. I don't think Ole Miss rush is hard, you know your place. If you a legacy you are pretty much guaranteed in, if you aren't, you don't have a chance. Places like Bama, FSU, UCLA, etc sure they prefer legacies, but if you have a great app, you'll get in.
