I agree with most of the things @confused and @high were saying. I do agree that Chi O is often just doing their own thing; but, they also do cross rush with DDD a LOT. They are constantly fighting over girls. @confused put it perfectly when saying that DG is definitely a great chapter but just lacks a little bit of that oomph that KD and DDD have. This is so true. DG is fantastic and is for sure #4 (just very very slightly above Phi Mu and KKG - basically in line with them) at least in my book, but there is a little bit of prestige that KD and DDD (and Chi O in my opinion) have that DG doesn't. I agree with @high when she said DDD has been top for a long time and KD has really stepped up their game the past few years and some people think they are better than DDD now. Obviously it is all a matter of personal opinion but DDD has shown consistency with being the strongest chapter (with Chi O) and KD has been a little more off and on.
