Agree with "Well" that the proposed scenario would almost never, ever happen. The one thing that could get a QR legacy into a house over a PNM with no connections is if the QR girl has a sister in the house...that's a tough scenario, but the QR will get in. Also, it does happen sometimes that PNM's without connections - even with a stellar resume - turn out to be a risk once they pledge. I've seen it happen.
