@Seriously, you obviously have no understanding of why variable quota was necessary or a true understanding of sisterhood. The sorority with the largest quota was Alpha Phi and that was necessary because they were new. Next was ADPi and Theta, both were struggling to recruit and retain members, so if you are in one of those sororities you should be grateful variable quota is allowing your sorority to catch up and possibly keep your sorority from falling so far behind in recruitment it would not be possible to save it. Next is your apparent lack of sisterhood. Anyone who is invited to your sorority should be given the full benefit of the bonds of sisterhood and your attitude is not productive. I would hate to think I joined a sorority and then find out my sisters did not want me. Maybe if you made an effort to be more welcoming your new sisters would not be dropping.
