700 each for a 3 bedroom is 2100 which is more expensive than 1800 for your DC apartment lower end of manhattan and LA is usually 800-900 each per room. maybe if you shop around you can find something around 700 each per room. i agree oxford rent is ridiculous for a sht town, it's just greedy people taking advantage of college kids. i don't rate any apartment here better than mediocre
