so you want something cheap but want to live on campus as a soph? well an apartment is better in every way. you get your own room, share a kitchen/living room etc, it's nicer and it's cheaper. $800 a month? Not sure what you are talking about. Most apartments here are from college kids and it's done by room. I don't know any apartments that pay $800 per person per month. Even the most expensive 2 bedroom furnished are about $700 a month. If you get a 3 or 4 bedroom, it's about $500 a month. Honestly way too expensive for a sht town that is Oxford, MS. For $700 per month per person it's almost a LA or Manhattan pricing. I'm from Nashville and the Vandy/Belmont kids that live near the city and nicer places don't even pay $700 a month. Instead of Oxford building housing for the poor they need to stop these idiots from jacking up renting prices.
