Basically, the "lower tier" sororities get the girls with no connections. They are great girls and great sororities, so instead of lower tier sororities, I will refer to them as less connected sororities. KD, DG, and DDD are compiled of at least 50 percent legacies. The rest knew actives or influential alums. KKG and PM have fewer legacies and may take SOME girls without connections if they really impress during rush. I agree that ChiO is its own strange bird. It is probably more than 50 percent legacy (they don't cut any legacies because there have been some doozies that got in). The rest are MS girls that go to certain high schools (Jackson Prep) but would be lower tier material in reality.
