you could but dropping from one frat to rush again is a huge red flag and very few frats consider sophs (none of the top/mid frats do), so that's why they are werid at times. if you rush as a junior after rushing as a soph and dropping, your chances are basically zero if you hate your frat to where you want to drop then i guess it doesnt hurt to see if someone else picks you. but if you arent at that point of dropping yet i'd just stick to it
