This is somewhat accurate. For clarification, recent pledge classes for KD, DG, and DDD have been 50% OOS girls. However, the OOS girls are either legacies, have strong inhouse connections, or have the perfect resume (this is less likely as legacy status and connections are most important). These are the 3 most desired houses right now although some of my friends were indifferent about DDD. KKG is mostly OOS, and they tend to be pretty and have a lot of fun. ChiO is definitely mostly MS girls/legacies and this is why they have dropped to 5th in the rankings.
