ChiO is DyingO. They got a few (very few) good girls, they always do; however they just haven't had an overall sweep with a solid PC in several years. The few OOS girls they usually take are ones that they "steal" from other top houses. They usually aren't that interested in them they just want the bragging rights.... ChiO will survive this lull because of alumni support and history, but it is a lull and they are deep in the thick of it. Both 2016 and 2017 PCs have really hurt them badly.
