The OP was asking for truth, don't badmouth those who are telling it. Truth is without connections being OOS and getting into the sorority you probably would have at home is hard and Variable Quota makes it harder still. There is a good chance OOS without connections will go to a lower tier house. But the truth is that even the lower tier houses are great. The most important truth is your sorority and college experience is what you make it!!! You can have a great Greek experience whether you are KD or Theta, or any house in between. Yep, recruitment here is tough. But take my word for it, you can be in a lower tier and have friends in upper or mid tiers. You can have dates with top tier guys. You can love your sorority. You can love Ole Miss. It's up to YOU!
