Even though you're a DG legacy, it might not matter since even OM chapter legacies are getting cut due to Variable Quota making rush so tough. Non-chapter legacies don't carry as much influence in general, to be honest. Some of the houses mentioned above as OOS friendly are more "Out of State friendly for Southern girls" than Out of the State from other regions. What part of the country are you from?
