Every house here is full of "complete package" girls. Almost every freshman girl going through rush has a high GPA, is beautiful, was a cheerleader / HoCo Queen/ Class President, etc. The biggest factor in where girls pledge is their legacy status (and chapter legacies are preferred- ie, mom was an Ole Miss KD) and their connections. OOS girls are usually at a disadvantage re: top tiers if they don't have one or both going for them.
