well complete package at your high school means little here. my boyfriend was honors, and captain of our high school team. has a 3.2 here and is graduating this year. is he going to the nfl? no. is even on the football team here? also, no. tier's really don't exist now since quotas. before variable quota top tiers use to fill their legacies and have some room to get some of the best girls. since quotas, top tiers can barely get all their legacies. tiers now just means if you are legacy or not, or if you went to a high school with a lot of top tier girls or not. most of the best girls end up in what you would call a middle tier
