Quotas come from each sorority to their chapter. A number cruncher at their national headquarters determines quota on pref night. So there is no way you will know these quotas from every single sorority. These numbers are closely guarded. Now, Panhellenic tells the houses how many girls they CAN take, but that is different. These numbers are awesome. Please stop trying to find a way to bash houses.
