My roomie pledged Chio and she said there were lots of tears and not happy ones. There were some girls there very happy, but she said most were walking around whispering and talking under their breath to each other. She said the 70s theme was awesome but some took it too far with the drinking. A really good friend of hers said same thing happened last year, but then it got better.
