That is usually a good thing! It means someone in the house that knows you has been talking you up to their friends and they want their friends to meet you so they can get to know you too. I often say this to my friends top girls during rush because my friends have raved about them for so long. The only time it would be bad is if someone says it sarcastically meaning they've heard a lot of bad things about you, but honestly i doubt thats it lol.
