OK IDIOTS, LISTEN You are NOT a legacy if your aunt, cousin, etc. was in a sorority. It only counts if it's your mom (biggest), grandma, or sister was. Second, being a legacy at some other school, means very little if anything. Sorry! We are going to pick a girl that went to a private school that we have countless sisters with, then some "legacy" who no one knows, who's mom went to some random school. Second, legacy doesn't mean what it meant 20 years ago (80s-90s) when our moms went to college. In the 80s-90s had very few women who's mom's (60s) went to school. So sure when your mom was a legacy in the 80s-90s, it was a big deal. Being a legacy in 2017 is not a big deal because most of our moms went to college. So in order: (1) being an OLE MISS legacy (2) going to a private school with a lot of active members (3) being a legacy from a random school so quit being butt hurt we didn't pick you (when we don't even know you well) just because your mom was a legacy at some other school. we are keeping our private high school girls above ya'll and tell your mom she went to the wrong school
