AND if the OOS student did get theta then good for them because theta puts on a damn good rush and girls need to stop giving them a stereotype they no longer fit?? theta has great social girls now that's super cute, they just can't erase their reputation... if girls would go into their rush open minded they would see how awesome it is! MANY other houses have a BUNCH of OOS state girls, in fact houses like adpi and pi phi aoii and kkg maybe have more OOS than in state... and they're GREAT options.
