I keep reading and hearing about retention rates. Is that the number of PNMs who wanted to return to the sorority during rush? Is it the number of people who stay in a sorority after they get initiated? I asked an active from another school and she said those numbers were private so she didn't know why it would be publically discussed. Does anyone know what this is??
