I agree with Reb, I think everyone now knows how variable quota affects the numbers. The cuts are still deep and can be painful - but knowing in advance it's a possibility makes it easier to move on to your next favorite choices. Plus this site is less toxic (at least for today). I don't think we'll ever run off the crazy moms but they're getting easier to identify.
