I would cover it up during rush. That is my opinion after rushing girls for 3 years. You would probably cover it up for a job interview, right? I'm personally not fond of tatts, and would not like to see one on an 18 year old young lady. But, I am old, so... After rush, do what you want, but I'd cover it up.
