My sister is on her school's Panhellenic council and they are super worried about a "Penn State effect" taking hold at their big, northern school. Parents not wanting to let their children rush/not wanting to pay their children's dues because of safety concerns. They have winter recruitment so they're still waiting to see what their numbers are like. I know we're very far from Pennsylvania but it's possible OOS girls aren't rushing because their parent's won't let them.
