All houses have OOS, the main difference is that to get into a top tier house you almost always have to have super connections, especially with Variable Quota. The lower tier houses have the most OOS members. That's usually because those girls have no connections - but they have lots of great girls so don't write them off as some PNMs do. Mid-tier have OOS girls as well, usually Southern girls I think Kappa and Pi Phi have a lot of Texas girls. Good luck - you'll find your home if you are open!
