A few different store on the square offer them and each store put different things in them. There's also different price ranges. I don't know which price range mine was in because it was a gift but it had a few tshirts, a little painting of my house, a picture frame with my letters, a necklace with my letters, and a few other odds and ends. They're not a big deal though! DONT feel bad if your parents don't know what they are and don't send you one literally no oneness notices
