I'm a mom. I will be over the moon if my daughter gets a bid to my house, I've sent in my rec for her and our other friends who are Greek have also sent in their recs. I'm excited for her for bid day, it's an amazing experience! And here's what I plan to do to celebrate with her, because it is a celebration for me, too! Call and say congratulations and send a bid day basket. And then I will enjoy myself until she calls to tell me about bid day and I will be thrilled to hear from her. And I plan to do that no matter where she goes. This is her time in college. Not mine.
