Continuing the above post: Alpha Phi, ADPi, and Theta are in a different position than the other 8 sororities. They will have the full advantage of variable quota with the ability to recruit 50 to 80 more members than the others. Alpha Phi has been trending up. The past two years they have had the strongest recruitment of the three and has slightly above average retention rate over the course of their chartering. Alpha Phi's GPA is currently the lowest of all the sororitys, but they are still in an upward trend. Variable quota hasn't helped ADPi, they are barely maintaining their numbers from 3 years ago. They actually lost members from Fall 2015 to Fall 2016, although they did have a good retention number for academic year 2015-2016. They are bringing their GPA which is a good sign. ADPi is trending down. Theta has struggled from the beginning. Some of their struggle aren't help by being constantly ranked bottom. The good news for Theta is they have brought their GPA up considerably. However they do have problems recruiting their allotted number, although their retention loss rate is only slightly higher than most of the other sorority and is considerably lower than Kappas. Theta is trending the same.
