I'm pretty sure all of our houses are at least (or very close to) 50% out-of-state. Even the "mostly in state" houses like XO DDD and KD. And if not the whole chapter then at least the most recent PCs. Some other houses, like APhi, might be well over 50%, but it says something that all of them are around 50%. It shows that every single house takes a decent amount of out of state girls.
