There is an AXO chapter at Southern, and so having one at Ole Miss, and maybe eventually MSU, could help them get stronger. At least strong enough to survive. The Pi Phi chapters at MSU and Southern, especially MSU, have done pretty well since they've both colonized and I would contribute some of that to them being at all 3 big schools in MS. I was hoping the same would happen with ADPi since they recently came to all 3 schools, but their MSU chapter is really struggling. Hopefully our chapter doing pretty well here will help them start to improve. Kappa pulled out of colonizing at MSU this past fall and I think that's partly due to that MSU's most recent chapter is really struggling so how was Kappa supposed to do well? Ole Miss and State need to get AXO so they could all hopefully do well, and MSU and Southern need to get Theta to potentially help our chapter here. To my knowledge, once our Zeta chapter closed, MSU's started to decline, which shows how having chapters at multiple MS schools could help colonization especially considering how MS people put so much into legacy status and "rankings".
