If that's true, the larger chapters are extremely lucky! Pledge classes have gotten way way too big and smaller pledge classes will certainly help with bonding, and sisterhood in general. It will actually hurt the smaller chapters. Large pledge classes are harder to manage, plan events for, seat for dinner etc.
