sororities have sober monitors. they're looking out for each other. Not saying they would purposefully ignore a freshman/non-Greek person there who is in trouble but their focus is on their sisters. And for a liability issue it's probably a lot safer to only have Greek members there. The frats most likely know all the presidents' numbers/contact info if something bad happens.
