Yes. I'm in a housed sorority but I always feel the need to stick up for the unhoused chapters. And this goes for all "lower tier" houses: If the girls weren't happy in their chapter, and didn't love their sisterhood, and didn't have fun, why would they stay in it? Those houses wouldn't have any members! They already get enough crap from everyone else bashing them for their letters, CLEARLY there must be something that keeps them wanting to be in their chapters. If they sucked as much as everyone said, they wouldn't exist. No one would want to stay a sister. So there's something there that those girls love. You just know they're not in it for the popularity, so clearly there is something substantial there. So to answer your question, yes.
