Where have you been? Chi Phi was in this tier all year. They do a lot with the sororities at the top of the middle tier and have been doing more with houses from the bottom of the elite 8. I would say they aren't on the same level as Phi Psi but as far as sororities are concerned they're light years better than Delts or Snu.
