regardless of reputation these chapters have the BEST living space (in no particular order) pi phi: beautiful exterior and interior, heard the chef is very good agd: recently remodeled, amazing make up room, bathrooms are so luxurious, HUGE kd: mansion on the outside, matches expectations on the inside. huge dining area and multiple great chefs, beautiful and numerous common areas aphi: super nice bathrooms, formal sitting room is beautiful, cold dorms though but you’ll get that with many others too chi o: looks like a literal magazine, the giant grand staircase i mean come on dz: looks like a cutie coastal beach house, i love the giant courtyard axid: massive beautiful house, the rooms themselves are very spacious zeta: not much to say just a great physical facility worst: tpa phi mu sdt (i will say when i rushed there it smelled really good??) obviously other chapters have great houses too! these are just the ones that i think are the best
