It was a classic Saturday darty at Pi Kapps—sun shining, music blasting, guys shotgunning beers like it was a competition. Everything was going fine until someone pointed toward the back fence. “No way… is that Beavis?” I turned just in time to see him perched up there like some kind of weird, drunk gargoyle, his arms out for balance, his face red from either the effort or the four Natty Lights he’d chugged in ten minutes. People started noticing, some laughing, others pulling out their phones to record. “Dude, get down,” someone yelled, but Beavis just wobbled and grinned. “I can see everything from up here,” he announced like he was some kind of philosopher-king of the Pi Kapps backyard. And then—just as expected—he lost his footing. One second he was a legend, the next he was crashing down into the bushes with a loud thud. The entire darty erupted in cheers and groans as he popped up, dazed but somehow still grinning. “I’m good!” he shouted, arms in the air like he’d just stuck a perfect landing. It was embarrassing, sure, but also the most Beavis thing ever.
