I can give a little color on this. Currently a second year analyst at PDT Capital. Back when I applied it was only a small shop so their processes werent as competitive. ( Online interview, first round, superday) But I’ve heard this year after they announced their new deal with theta chi it has gotten a lot more competitive. First off you have to get into PDT IB workshop through a one on one interview covering technicals and behaviorals with professor Hume. Then you need to craft a why greek life story for when you apply and be able to explain it solidly. Secondly you have answer brainteasers on which frats would be good LBO candidates. After all this its just an interview with Vian and you are good to go.
