Bumping for pnm's. Most of you need to hear this again. You are not choosing your house, the house is choosing you. If all of you would take the bid you get and bring your best to those houses, every new class will be full of amazing girls with a lot to offer just like you, and THAT will make your sorority experience. Otherwise, you aren't going to be in a sorority at all; you aren't getting a cob from a house that already dropped you, you aren't getting a 'better' house next year as a soph when they will always choose freshmen, and you are never getting back the potential for this upcoming year in your life.
